How do I change my password?
To change your password, navigate to the Settings tab and click User Profile. On the right hand side there will be a change password button presented as a blue bar. Once clicked a pop up will display and you can update your existing password.
How do I locate my default station?
You can locate and change your default station if you have more than one by navigating to the Settings tab and click User Profile. Under Units of Measure, you will be able to view your default station. To change your default station, click the arrow icon, and a dropdown will appear with a list of stations linked to your profile available for viewing.
How do I switch between metric and imperial units?
To check or update your units of measure, navigate to the Settings tab and choose User Profile. Inside, you can view and update your preferred units of measure.
How do I update my contact details?
To update your contact details, navigate to the Settings tab and choose User Profile. Inside, you will be able to update your User Credentials.
How do I delete a user account?
To delete a user account, you must have an administrator account. Navigate to the Settings tab, and then click User Lists. Here, you will be able to choose the desired profile you would like to delete.
How do I know what user level I am?
To identify your account user level, navigate to the Settings tab, and click User Profile. Here, you will be able to access your user level displayed in the top left corner underneath ‘Update User Profile’.
Can I add a new user to my account?
Yes, certain user levels come with privileges to create new users within their group. To achieve this, navigate to the Settings tab, choose User Registration and populate the appropriate information.
